Beginning two months before your wedding, we step in to organize logistics, confirm every detail, communicate with your vendor team, and create a comprehensive plan so you, your family, and your wedding party can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

• Unlimited communication via phone, text, and email

• Review of all vendor contracts and event details

Vendor & Venue Management

• Direct communication with your entire vendor team

• Confirmation of arrival times, logistics, and final responsibilities

• Collection and verification of all required Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

• Coordination with your venue to ensure timelines, layouts, and final guest counts are submitted on schedule

• Collaboration with the chef and culinary team regarding guest allergies, dietary restrictions, and special meal requests

Wedding Day Planning

• Venue site walk-through to finalize ceremony and reception logistics

• Creation of a detailed, customized wedding day timeline using Timeline Genius, designed to keep your vendor team organized and your celebration flowing seamlessly

Wedding Day Coordination

• One Lead Planner providing up to 10 consecutive hours of on-site coordination

• Management of vendor arrivals, setup, and event logistics

• Coordination of the ceremony processional and recessional

• Direction of the bridal party, immediate family, and key participants

• Reception coordination, including introductions, special dances, speeches, cake cutting, and other scheduled events

• Guest assistance throughout the celebration

• Management of the event timeline to keep everything running smoothly

• Discreet handling of any unexpected situations so you can remain fully present

Finishing Touches

• Set-up of minor personal décor, including welcome table, memory table, place cards, menus, favors, guest book, signage, and other personal items
